They were amazing. My dad is a senior with memory issues. They were kind, gentle, patient, & understanding. Good cut too! Would 100% take him there again.

Coronavirus! Liz is gone. Nobody wears gloves. Blow dryers spread viruses like crazy! i saw the receptionist receive a cash tip, bare-handed it to the hairdresser who bare-handed into her locker, then hairdresser goes to the front and places her bare coronavirus infected hands onto the counter. This is how COVID-19 spreads so fast at hair salons. Lack of education. The entire staff are newbies. Liz gone. I could be wrong, but the regular staff who got laid off are collecting more money in unemployment benefits than from working at Sports Clips. No incentive to hurry back to their jobs. So this opens up an opportunity for newbie haircutters to start their new career who have never cut hair before. There are no plexiglass dividers that other Walnut Creek salons have. There are 4 haircutting stations exactly 6 feet apart from each other. They use blow dryers which can spread viruses aerially who goes into your nostrils and eyes. I sincerely hope the franchise owner can spend $$ and protect the customers. The new staff is oblivious to health code standards as making $$ is more important than health, from their viewpoint.
